The first thing that comes to mind when i think of the Glass Castle is Rex Walls drinking. He causes the family issues instead of solving them. His drinking is also tearing the family appart, and jeanette and her father are now drifting in different directions.
Great thinking. What kinds of "issues" does Rex bring to the family as a result of his drinking? What do you predict the outcome will be for Jeannette and Rex as a father and daughter?
